Troy (Cork): On September 24, 2012, peacefully, after a long illness, bravely borne, and in the excellent care of Dr. Henry and staff of Ward 2A in the Cork University Hospital, DAVID, Hazel Road, Togher, beloved husband of Kathleen and loving dad of Sandra, Brendan, Marie, Linda, Sinéad and adored grandfather of Suzanne, Deborah, Marc, Caitlin, Niamh, Aisling, Aoife and Clodagh. Sadly missed by his loving wife, family, grandchildren, sisters Marie, Catherine and Geraldine, sons-in-law Barry and Garry, Brendan's partner Miriam, nephews, nieces, brothers- in-law, sister-in-law, relatives, neighbours, friends (and especially Manny). Reposing at O'Connor Bros Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge. Rosary on this (Wednesday) evening at 7.30pm, followed by removal to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, The Lough. Requiem Mass on tomorrow (Thursday) at 11am, followed by cremation in The Island Crematorium, Rocky Island, Ringaskiddy. Family flowers only.
