O'DONOGHUE (Cork): On March 13, 2012, peacefully, at the Mercy University Hospital, Dr SEAMUS, Shanakiel, formerly of Killarney (retired Pediatrician, Bon Secours Hospital and Mercy University Hospital), beloved husband of Margaret (nee Kerins), loving father of Ollie and brother of the late Kathleen and Michael. Sadly missed by his loving wife, daughter, son-in-law Seamus, grandsons Shea and Daragh, brother Fr Paddy, sisters Peg (Condon), Maura (Talbot), Eileen (Buckley), Frances (O'Sullivan), Finola (Spillane), nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives and a large circle of friends. Reposing at O'Connor Bros Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge, Cork from 3.00pm Thursday. Removal same evening at 6.00pm to St Mary's Cathedral, Killarney (arriving 8.00 pm approx). Requiem Mass on Friday at 10.30am. Funeral afterwards to Aghadoe Lawn Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu, if desired, to the Childrens Leukaemia Ward, Mercy University Hospital, Cork.
