Obituary

MURPHY (Cork) on April 6th, 2024 (peacefully) in the tender care of the nurses and staff of St. Joseph’s Ward, St. Finbarr’s Hospital, MARY (MAY), Grattan Street. Beloved wife of the late Finbarr (Nipper), loving mother of Martina (Vaughan), Barry and Rachel (Coomber) and loving sister of Noreen, Sheila and the late Neilus, Breda & Liam. Sadly missed by her loving family, grandchildren Ross, Scott, George & Isabelle, sisters, nephews, nieces, sons-in-law Joe & Malcolm, brother-in-law Timmy, sisters-in-law Eileen & Maura, her dear friend Rita, relatives, neighbours and friends. Visitation at O’Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge on Monday (8th) from 5:00pm to 6:00pm with prayers at 5:45pm. Requiem Mass on Tuesday (9th) at 12:30pm at Ss. Peter & Paul’s Church. Funeral afterwards to St. Oliver’s Cemetery, Model Farm Road.
