Rice (Cork) on February 12th 2024, peacefully in the exceptional care of the doctors and staff at the Mercy University Hospital; Joan (nee Dorgan), (late of Scoil Padre Pio). Beloved wife of Eddie, loving mother of Edward, Josephine and Liam and loving sister of Mary, Helen and the late Finbarr and Dan. Sadly missed by her loving husband, family, grandchildren Aine, Connor, Eoin, Ashlinn and Hannah-Mae, sisters, nephews, nieces, son-in-law Thomas, daughters-in-law Siobhan and Lisa, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, the Harrington and Cunningham families, her close friends Noreen and Nell, her great neighbours Agnes and Tony, relatives and friends. Visitation at O’Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge on Thursday, 15th February, from 5pm-6pm with prayers at 5.45pm. Requiem Mass on Friday, 16th February, at 12 Noon in the North Cathedral. Funeral afterwards to St. Catherine’s Cemetery, Kilcully. Family flowers only, donations in lieu to Mercy Hospital Foundation. May she rest in peace.
