Cummins (Redemption Road and formerly of St. Mary's Place, Cathedral Road, Cork): On October 29, 2011, peacefully, at Marymount Hospice, Curraheen, in the presence of her loving family, after a short illness, borne with great courage and dignity, ANNIE (nee Hegarty), dearly beloved wife and best friend for 63 years of the late Denis, devoted mother of Annette, Marie, Chrissie, Denis, Kathleen, Teresa, Michael, Anthony, Frances, Harry, Gerard, Anne and the late Bernie. Sadly missed and deeply mourned by her heartbroken family, brothers, sisters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, relatives, neighbours and her many friends. Reposing at O'Connor Bros Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge. Removal on this (Tuesday) evening at 7pm to the Cathedral. Requiem Mass on tomorrow (Wednesday) at 12 noon. Funeral afterwards to St. Catherine's Cemetery, Kilcully. Requiescat in pace.
