Obituary

Murphy (Cork): On January 10, 2011, peacefully, in the dedicated care of the nurses and staff of Brookfield Care Centre and in the presence of his loving family, PADDY (PA JOE), Kilbarry Place, Farranree and late of Beechams, Tramore Road and beloved son of the late Hannah and Batt, loving brother of Bertie, Ann, Madge, Jerry and Hannah. Sadly missed by his loving brothers, sisters, nieces, especially Charlotte and Deirdre, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, sister-in-law, relatives, neighbours and friends. Reposing at O’Connor Bros Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge. Rosary on this (Tuesday) evening at 9pm. Removal on tomorrow (Wednesday) at 6.30pm to Church of the Resurrection, Farranree. Requiem Mass on Thursday at 10am. Funeral afterwards to St Catherine’s Cemetery, Kilcully. Family flowers only. Donations, in lieu, to the Alzheimer’s Association. Requiescat in pace
