Lowther (Cork): On February 14, 2014, peacefully, after a short illness, borne with great dignity, at the Mercy University Hospital, EDWARD (EDDIE), Orrey Road, Gurranabraher, beloved son of the late Billy and Mary, loving brother of Tom, Mary, Margaret, Kathleen, William, Jimmy, Stephen and Mamie. Sadly missed by his loving family, nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends. Reposing at O'Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge. Rosary on tomorrow (Sunday) at 5pm. Reception prayers on Monday at 12.50pm in the Church of the Ascension, Gurranabraher for 1pm Requiem Mass. Funeral afterwards to St. Michael's Cemetery, Blackrock.
