HEWITT (Bridevalley View, Fair Hill and formerly of Kilnap Green, Farranree, Cork): On February 5, 2014, peacefully, in the presence of his loving family, after a short illness, in the Mercy University  Hospital, JACK, (late DF Doyle), beloved husband of the late Joan, loving father of Betty and Christine, much loved brother of Eddie, Willie, Charlie, Jenny, George, Richard and the late Eileen and Chrissie. Sadly missed and deeply mourned by his loving family, grandson Karl, Christine’s partner Paul, nephews, nieces, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives, neighbours and his many friends.

Reposing at O’Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge. Rosary on Friday evening at 8pm. Requiem Mass on Saturday at 11am in the Cathedral. Funeral afterwards to Rathcooney Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations in lieu to the Mercy University Hospital.
