COLLINS (Birmingham and Inchigeela): Unexpectedly, at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham, on December 7, 2013, FRANK MB, FRCS, beloved husband of Kay (nee Stack), loving father of Jennifer, Frank Jnr and Paul and grandfather of Thomas. Deeply missed by his family, his brother Chris, sister Annette (O'Connor), daughter-in-law Caroline, brothers-in-law, sister- in-law, nieces, nephews and extended family. Reposing at O'Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge. Removal on this (Monday) evening at 7.30pm to St. Patrick's Church, Coachford. (Family will be in attendance from 6pm). Requiem Mass on tomorrow (Tuesday) at 12 noon. Funeral afterwards to St. John's Cemetery, Coachford. Requiescat in pace.
