Murtagh (Pophams Road, Farranree, Cork): On November 20, 2013, peacefully, in the presence of her loving family, and in the tender and dedicated care of the doctors, nurses and staff of St. Joseph's Ward, Mercy University Hospital, JULIA (SHEILA) (nee McSweeney), dearly beloved wife of Larry, devoted mother of Kathleen, Ann, Sheila, Laurence and Francis. Sadly missed by her loving husband, family, sister Anne, granddaughters Tracey, Janis, Melissa, Alex, Alanna, Rachel, Laura, and Emily, grandson Jack, great granddaughter Chelsea, nephews, nieces, daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, relatives, neighbours and her many friends. Reposing at O'Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge. Rosary on this (Thursday) evening at 6.30pm followed by removal to the Church of the Resurrection, Farranree. Requiem Mass on tomorrow (Friday) at 12 noon. Funeral afterwards to St. Catherines Cemetery, Kilcully. Requiescat in pace.
