Murphy (Cork): On September 19, 2013, unexpectedly, at the Mercy University Hospital, MICHAEL JOHN, Mount Eden Road (late Wembley FC), beloved husband of Anna (nee Monaher) and loving father of Jerry, Marion (Philpott), Junior, Denis, Nicky, Rosanna (Lee), Kevin and Helena (O'Doherty). Sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughters, grandchildren, brother Jimmy, sisters Ann and Mary, nephews, nieces, sons-in-law, daughters- in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives and friends. Reposing at O'Connor Bros Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge. Rosary on today (Friday) at 6.45pm, followed by removal to the Church of the Ascension, Gurranabraher. Requiem Mass on tomorrow (Saturday) at 10am. Funeral afterwards to St Catherine's Cemetery, Kilcully.Requiescat in pace
