SWEENEY (Cork): On September 13, 2013, peacefully, at the Cork University Hospital, DENIS, Redemption Road, Cork, beloved husband of Kathleen, loving father of Breda, Denis and Jerry and adored grandfather of Cian, Blathnaid, Colm and Sarah-Kate. Sadly missed by his loving wife, family, grandchildren, daughters- in-law, nephews, nieces, sister-in-law Mary, relatives, neighbours and friends. Reposing at O'Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge. Removal on today (Saturday) at 4.30pm to the North Cathedral. Requiem Mass on Monday at 11am. Funeral afterwards to St. Lachteen's Cemetery, Grenagh. Requiescat in pace.
