McCARTHY (Cork) on July 27th, 2019 (unexpectedly) at the Cork University Hospital, TERRY, Parklands Drive, Commons Road. (late singer and stonecutter). Beloved husband of Marie (nee O’Mahony), loving father of Kenneth, George, Colm and Deirdre, son of the late Michael and Patricia and brother of Helen, Bernie, Tadhg, Rosarie, Carol, Patricia and the late Mary. Sadly missed by his loving wife, family, grandchildren James, Caoimhe, Killian, Cathal, Orlaith and Éabha, brother, sisters, nephews, nieces, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives and a large circle of friends especially Donal Ring Jr.
Reposing at O’Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge from Tuesday. Removal same evening at 6:30pm to the Cathedral. Requiem Mass on Wednesday at 11:00am. Funeral afterwards to St. Catherine’s Cemetery, Kilcully. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu to Children’s Leukaemia Ward, Mercy University Hospital.
